Background: The diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory arthritis has been transformed largely by the development drugs that target specific molecules immune system. However, these changes have increased complexity mechanisms disease, its patients understanding. Patient education is needed in this area to facilitate decision making strong patient-partnerships research. Objectives: aim study was examine level understanding need for patient-partnership Methods: An online anonymous survey addressed questions about diagnosis, routine tests, medications how they work, medication adherence, disease flare, heredity, pregnancy, patient involvement Results: There were 1,873 respondents, 1416 which had (IA)-RA (65.8%) PsA (34.2%). They predominantly female (RA 86%, 85 %), aged 55±13 50±12. Less than 35% an diagnostic what measured implication with 75.5% also concerned heredity. a high treat (72.9%). Adherence very (>87%), main reasons stopping without advice their clinician, ‘feeling better’ ‘side effects’ however significant proportion (69.9%) reported disease-flare following cessation medication.
